What is the impact on the career, if CS or CWA or CA is not clear in one try. Does finding a gud job is difficult if cleared in multiple tries??

If you clear all these in first attempt, you are definitely having more advantage.

It does not mean that passing in multiple attempts will not have good job opportunities. First " Multiple" should not be more than 2-3 attempts. It can be accepted as a single attempt.

If you are a dynamic person according to the requirement of the Recruiter, and having a required degree, you will certainly encash the good opportunities.

In my view, the degrees are seen, the attempts in which you have cleared is also seen, but the personality and attitude of the applicant is given the first priority.

Does not matter. In your mark sheet it is no where written in which attempt you have passed. If you have secured good marks it will not come as hindrance in your getting service.
