how to get the Certificate of incorporation and MOA, AOA of a company (originals) from ROC by the directors..

Can't get original from ROC. Can have copy by taking a 'search report' through a Practising Company Secretary.

Copy of certificate of incorporation will suffice if registered office address is not changed since incorporation.

hello respected expert,
my brother bought a old private company in Hyderabad(Telangana) and changed its name from "prasidh it services private limited" to "logic Grid software solutions pvt ltd".
so head office is hyderabad and they started branch in Vijayawada (Andhra pradesh) with out taking any permission from any authority in vijayawada.
And they are not running the main branch at Hyderabad..
so please give me a clear clarification on the above issue..
