Hi Experts
Mr. A (Partner) has given loan/advance to ABC (Firm) through A/c Payee cheque in FY 2015-16 for Rs. 3 Lacs and 1.5 L is still showing o/s as on 31.03.2016 in the books of ABC.
Do we need to disclose it in Audit Report u/c 44AB (a) or not?
Please throw some light on provisions of Sec 269SS.
