08 August 2011 In construction of industrial service if value of land does not include so what is the abatement rate either 25% or 33%.

08 August 2011 With effect from 1/7/2010 abatement rate is as follows:-
(a) on 67% of gross amount charged if the gross amount does not include value of land .(b) on 75% of gross amount charged if the gross amount includes value of land. (Till 1-7-2010, the 75% scheme was not available, only 67% scheme was available).
