I have following incomes in A.Y.13-14.
1.Selling of shares-Long term
2.Commision on which TDS Deducted
So please tell me which ITR Form is applicable to me & how to show capital gain in ITR.

You can not file the itr for the AY13-14.
The last date for filing was 31/03/2015.

You need to file ITR 2 as your income is under the heads 1. Capital Gainss. 2. Other sources.
