I have purchased a home but the loan is repaid by the son of property owner. Who is eligible to take deduction of House Loan.

09 December 2021 If Loan fully repaid, no question of any deduction
If EMI is paid by son, but loan is in the name of any of the parent, who is also owner of the house, then the owner can claim home loan benefit.
