We received order from Department for Rejection Our Application for 80 G Appoval by mentioning Activity For Particular Community.
but we havent received any opportunity of being heard.

It is a violation of rule 11AA(5) of the Income tax Rules,1962 for which an appeal can be preferred before ITAT.
