27 November 2009 We have to make an application to CG for condonation of delay if any application have to made to CG and not made with in time.

Is there any format for making an application for condonation of delay?

Howmuch fees we have to pay with this application?

27 November 2009 I am not very confident but I feel Form No. 65 would be the most appropriate form for making application u/s 637.

The maximum fees for making application to CG is Rs. 2,000/-
