28 July 2020 Mr.A sales agricultural land in urban area and Capital Gain Rs.34 Lakhs. For claiming 54B, Mr.A purchase another agricultural land in his wife name(Mrs.A) for Rs.42 Lakhs.

query is, Mr.A claim that amount? because C.G amount invested in Mrs.A
