Your are saying TDS related to May'12 i.e regarding to financial year 2012-13 so that expenditure only claim for the year 2012-13 i.e A.Y.2013-14 and not for P.Y.2011-12.

It cannot be claimed in F.Y 11-12 but the same can be claimed in F.Y 12-13
