Dear CCI Experts
How can I get refund from 4 % refund from customs Authorities on imports.
We Import the goods and sell that same in India and Pass on Excise Duty (CVD) to our customers.
and charge CST or VAT to customers.
BUT NOT PASS ON THE 4 % ADDnl Duty to customers.
What the procedure for get the refund from customs.
Our office at Hyderabad. Andhra pradesh.
Please give your valuble suggestions....

FOR N REFER TO NOTIFICATION NO. 102/2007 DTD. 14.09.2007 CONDITION WILL APPLICABLE.
