06 March 2012 do v prepare Form 3cd for trusts...they dont carry any business so is there need to...

06 March 2012 If the gross receipts is other than from 'business', form 3CD is not required.

06 March 2012 its an educational trust and it is getting fees...will it b counted as business...it s exempt u/s 10(23)(c)...

06 March 2012 Yes. It is 'business'. Please refer page 24 of ICAI publication 'Issues on Tax Audit'.
