if Balance sheet and profit & loss signed by another ca and 3cd form is uploaded by using another ca's digital signature.then what will be the solution and disadvantages.

it wont be considered as a valid tax audit report. the Form 3CB should be signed by the same CA who is uploading the report online on income-tax website.
