Suppose a proprietor is carrying on two businesses one exceeding 2 Cr. Can we file 3 CA 3 CB business wise?? Please reply Very Urgent ...

Tax audit report doesn't based on business wise, It is based on PAN

Thanks for your kind reply sir.I have an additional query , if two businesses(Whose turnover exceeds the specified limit) are located at two different places and are audited by two different Chartered accountants how it is possible to file a combined audit report

It is case of joint auditor and even though single audit report is required to submit

In proprietor 3cb and 3cd applicable, irrespective of number of businesses if consolidate turnover exceeds tax audit limit than tax audit is applicable on consolidate turnover since tax not filled on individuals business of proprietor.
