Suppose opening bal. is 30000 and during the i have passed j.v for directors remuneration of rs. 20000 and payment is also made . whether this will come under 269 ss and t

what u mean by opening balance? nevertheless, payment for remuneration is not covered under 269ss and 269t. these section are regarding loans and deposits.
