Dear Sir
i don't have any TDS but my 26AS shows the TDS of RS. 16000 in my a/c
then what to do with the same

Since you are telling that you don't have TDS , you should not claim for the same. Bcoz the person making the mistake might rectify the error which may create a problem in future.
