23AC- Prescrutiny problem pl help frnds

HII FRNDS,
Jst wanted to know when one pre scrutinizes the form-23ac are we supposed to be connected to the internet????
i filled the form 23AC. at that tym the size of the form was 2.08MB. Wen i tried to upload it a message flashed " prescrutinize the form". i prescrutinised d form. After pre scrutinising the size of d form increased to 2.55mb.
pl get me out of this matter.

Please export the data into xml file and then choose a new form and import the data, again attach the file and put DSC.
