what is the last date of return of F.Y. 2008-2009

1). if last date is 31st march 2010
OR

2).if we filled return in 21jan 2011 but assess is no tax liability

04 August 2012 Penalty u/s 271F can be levied if the return is filed after the end of the assessment year.

However, since the assessee does not have any taxable income, penalty shall not be levied.
