please clarify that whether 194ia - TCS on property above value of Rs.50 lacs, is applicable when machinery value above Rs.50 lacs imported.

194-IA not applicable. it applies only to immovable property and to a resident transferor.
in this machinery is not a immovable property as defined in the section and the transferor is non-resident.
