Dear Sir,
I have one query regarding applicability of Sec 194-c.
If an assessee buys stationery item from particular supplier during a year, so whether TDS will attract on such transaction???

No, tds provisions doesn't attract in view of the substituted section w.e.f 01/10/2009.
