What is the procedure for preparing forms 15ca and 15cb? Can the experts explain the provisions plea

If you are making payment outside India then you will have to prepare for 15ca. If the value of transaction is above Rs 500000 then you need CA certificate in form 15cb.
Both forms are generated on income tax portal
