15 February 2023 If you are making payment outside India then you will have to prepare for 15ca. If the value of transaction is above Rs 500000 then you need CA certificate in form 15cb. Both forms are generated on income tax portal This is broad explanation. There are many more points like dtaa, TDS to be deducted or not etc.
