Assessee amended the memorandum of the registered trust and did not inform the Commissioner. ITO during the assessment did not give exemption under section 11. No notice was received for 12A cancellation.The amendment is a explanation added to one of the objects. ITO relying on Allahabad HC decision in Allahabad Agriculture Institute. What is the remedy?
