Sir,For filing the return u/s 119(2)(b) the condonation of delay is to be filed to CIT before or after file the return also can file the application.please answer the query

IT IS TO BE FILED BEFORE FILING ITR

Sir , But in Income tax website the order no regarding condonation of delay is not asked so after filing can we apply by sending the ITR and condition letter.

Order of CIT is asked in R filing site.
