Hello,
I wanted to know if the TCS paid by a trader can be claimed against the 27C form issued by the consumer?
Or
TCS purely forms a cost to trader?

Form 27C is a declaration made by the buyer for obtaining goods with out collection of tax. Hence question of TCS paid and subsequent claim thereon doesn't arise.
