please let me know if there is not given 21 clear days notice of the AGM to the memeber by the company whether AGM is valid.

Hi
Generally the general meeting of the company should be called by not less then 21 days Notice. So the date of dispatch or service of notice and date of meeting will not be included in 21 days.
So, total 25 days is required to complete the AGM from the date of dispatch of notice to date of General meeting.

The AGM Will be Invalid if Not Called Before Clear 21 days That is 23/25 days Atleast Including Notice Serve Period.

U can obtain consent of the 100 % members for shorter notice and preserve the same. Then AGM will be valid. Pl consult your AOA in this regard.
