12 February 2016 I have applied for rectification by personally 2 to 3 times with related documents and i sent mail and made speed post to ITO & PRO Income tax department for the rectifications of outstanding demand for AY 2013-2014 ,but still not processed

Please tell me any other procedure for cancel the Outstanding demand

12 February 2016 If you filed original return online you need to file rectification request online only through incometax efiling website

rectification request mail and post will not be entertained

12 February 2016 How you have received demand, if it send by CPC Than you have to apply online for rectification.
If it is sent from ward you have to consult ITO.

12 February 2016 kindly go and meet the AO in person and handover the rectification application. Make sure that the AO or his office gives you an acknowledgment stamp on the duplicate copy of your submission.
