IN BOTH PAPERS WRITE YOUR ANSWERS TO THE POINT. GIVE CASE LAWS AND SECTIONAL REFERENCE. GIVING CASE LAWS AND SECTIONAL REFERENCE INCREASES VALUE OF YOUR ANSWER.
DONT FORGET MENTION CASE LAWS AND PROVIDE SECTIONAL REFERENCE ONLY IF YOU KNOW CORRECTLY. IF YOU DONT KNOW SECTION THEN SIMPLY DONT WRITE IT. SAME WITH CASE LAW. WRONG CASE LAWS AND SECTION BEARS A NEGATIVE IMPACT.
