IN BOTH PAPERS WRITE YOUR ANSWERS TO THE POINT. GIVE CASE LAWS AND SECTIONAL REFERENCE. GIVING CASE LAWS AND SECTIONAL REFERENCE INCREASES VALUE OF YOUR ANSWER.
