can anybody tell me if any private ltd.co which is a subsidiary of foreign co. & situated at Mumbai.if Subsidiary co. issue any share cerificate to any foreign investor than how much franking charges company has to pay.if franking is not done than what could be consequences?

The stamp duty is 1% of the market value of the shares issued. There are no additional charges for franking.
