20 April 2012 I HAVE ONE PROBLEM THAT FOREIGN CITIZEN HAS GIVEN A LOAN IN INDIA AND NOW HE WANT TO FORM A COMPANY IN INDIA AND HE TELL ME THAT PLZ TRANSFER LOAN AS MY SHARE CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION FOR ISSUE OF EQUITY SHARE. IN THIS CASE FUND IS NOT RECEIVED FROM FOREIGN BECAUSE LOAN IS TRANSFER. PLEASE REPLAY ME THAT IN THIS CASE FORM FCGPR IS REQUIRE TO FILE OR ANY OTHER PROCEDURE WHICH I HAVE TO FOLLOW.
