Dear sir,
1)we are Registed with Central Excise.
2)we are Participating in Exhibition at Bombai.
3)The display machinery was removed with Excise Invoice.
4)is has passed Mumbai Octroi Checkpost with R Form.
5)Now one customer wants a particular Machine for purchase, from the exhibition site.
Please Clarify.
1) Is it possible to send machine with out Bringing back to our unit at bangalore.
2)Central Excise Formality to be Followed.
3) How Can Be complete with R Form Closing at Mumbai check post.

You can remove directly.
1. Avail the credit on the self invoice.
2. Raise an invoice on the cusomter with CED as per value.
3. Mention in the invoice the earlier invoice referecne and the fact that the machinery has been moved directly from the exhibition.
You may choose to inform DEpt though there is no mandatory requirement.
