charging service-tax on various service

08 May 2010 My co is regd with service tax dept. under cable-operator head . but now co has also taking copy right charges for which they are collecting service tax. now i want to know that wether they are entitled to do this act or they need to apply for another service provider redg.with deptt. pls clarify.

08 May 2010 You need to give the amendment in Service tax registration through ST-1 amendment form which mentioned the above said addition of service
