When I purchase goods from Outside Maharashtra, then do I have to issue 'C' form or receive 'C'Form? (Maharashtra VAT)

You have to issue C form to your vendor. This should be on quarterly basis. Suppose, you have made purchases of let us say 10 invoices during Apr to June, then C form should be issued for 10 invoices only one C form per quarter.
