04 November 2011 I am having a public co. whose debentures are listed on BSE but share are not listed , and in ROC records its status is unlstd whether I have to file B/s n P&L in Xbrl for its subsidiaries companies also?? whether my company will be treated as Listed Company for Xbrl??
Turnover is less than 100 Crs.
