Query
Whether a designated Whole-Time Director in Public Company (Unlisted) in employment without drawing salary.
Your reply, please..............
If a designated WTD not drawing salary, will it lead to any non-compliance / procedural issue from the point of MCA.

Dear Arthi,
As per provisions of Companies Act, 2013 it is not compulsary to make payment of salary to WTD. but because of non salary his responsibility will not reduce.
