Dear SIr,
My friend did mistake while filling exam form. The passing detail of IPCC group 1 filled 9,2014 instead of 11,2014. So. how can he rectify it?? he did not submit the exam form till now. please reply as soon as possible.

Submit the application form along with a covering letter (stating the mistake) and a copy of the IPCC mark sheet.

Format of the letter can be -
I am a student of chartered accountancy with article ship registration number......... and while uploading the IPCC examination form I entered 9/2014 instead of 11/2014 in the details of examination passed for which I seek a correction through this letter along with the attached copy of IPCC group-1 mark sheet.
I, therefore, humbly request that, I may be excused for the error and my application may be accepted.
