Wrongly filed with roc regarding paid up capital

08 December 2012 I have came across a case where the co. has filed with roc its paid-up capital as 10lacs instead of 5lacs. the co. is a public co.and it is a newly formed co. in febuary. i need solution how to correct it what are the procedure and ways that can be followed to correct it.

I will suggest you to update your capital, at the time of filing of Annual Return and no need to pass any resolution for capital updation, because it is clerical error.
