Wrong PAN No. in TDS Detail

Sir,
Please tell me, I have received a TDS certificate mentioning wrong PAN No. on it but my name and address is correct.
1. Can I identify the PAN No. AABCS4842R
2. What should I do to claim it.
And also please tell me the TDS details for some transactions are also not matching and some transactions are missing , so what can I do ?
Please suggest me in this regard.

Please get the correct certificate from the deductor of Tax as you have to claim the credit of TDS on the basis of the certificate. Just inform the deductor about the errors/mistakes in Form 16A and get it rectified.
