wrong pan in tds return

26 February 2011 i have filed tds return for fy 08-09 in this return pan number of deductee has been quated wrong i want to submit right pan number so that tds may be deposited in the deductee's account.income tax department has given notice to the deductee to deposite the tax.as the tax has already been deducted and deposited but the pan was not correct.let me know the proceeder for macking correction in the tds return filed earlier.

26 February 2011 You should file the ETDS correction return by mentioning the correct PAN of deductee.
