Wrong PAN in Self Assessment Tax Challan

12 April 2008 The Self Assessment Tax Challan was paid by Cash by the Assessee in the Bank on 29th March 2008.But she entered wrong an occured while writing the PAN. Towhose Account shall the Tax would be debited. Further please tell me the procedure if the payment has not been debited to Assessee's account.
