30 November 2015 there was a rental income that was consider by the deductor as interest income and shown in INTEREST HEAD FOR THE TDS RETURN AND DEDUCT TDS U/S 194A.AND VO RESONSE NAHI KAR RAHA I.E THEEK NAHI KAR RAHA.MY CLIENT SUFFERED WITH DEMAND OUTSTANDING DUE TO THAT WRONG CONSIDERATION . PLZ TELL HOW WE SORT OUT THAT CASE
