sir,
we rented a portion to a company for 50,000
for month.and they deducted tds @2%,it is 10% right, if it is 10% it will create any problem for us in future,...

ask the company to whom you have rented to deduct @10% and adjust in the next rent bill and correct the TDS return submitted.
