iam individual builder , i given work contractor to others, is it required to deduct VAT on him.

13 September 2010 Where the VAT dealer has maintained the accounts to determine the correct value of the goods at the time of incorporation, then VAT is to be deducted on type of material based on state schedules as prescribed.

Where the VAT dealer has NOT maintained the accounts to determine the correct value of the goods at the time of incorporation. Higher VAT Rate.
