A public Limited Co. enters into a Works Contract with IOCL for installation and errection of Auto LPG Despensing Station in Karnataka State. At the time of Filling the VAT returns in Karnataka, what is the rate at which the computation should be done? If there is also any Labour Work involved what is the treatment for the same?
