29 September 2008 section 4 (1)(c) of the KVAT Act, 2003 deals with levy of tax on works contract.

Schedule - VI referes to the nature of works contract where the rate of tax has been prescribed.

Rule 3 deals with determination of total and taxable turnover.

Section 7 deals with time of sale

Rule 29(2) delas with issue of tax invocie in case of civil works contractor

section 15 deals with composition of tax
