one of my client is doing civil works contracts for wind mill errection.He also doing compleate works for electrical line works with materials for windmill.
What is applicability of service tax.
The said client also buy the land and sell for wind mill.
pls.advice at the earliest.

Service Tax would be applicable at the rate of 4.12% under Works Contract service, provided all materials are in your scope. If not then the value of FIM to be added back.
