Our company is deducated WCT (TDs) from Contractor, so we are liable to give certificate? in what form?

Certificate of TDS to be given in form 16A.
But before that you need to deposit TDS and file TDS return.

I think Author asking VAT tds, form is based on the state will differ. but certtifcate need to give

If you are asking about Delhi VAT then you have to issue DVAT-43 along with certify copy of DVAT-20 ( C Part of DVAT-20)to your contractor. If other state then please clear it.
