DEDUCTEE HAS DELAYED IN DEPOSIT OF WCT, WHO IS LIABLE TO PAY INTEREST ON DELAYED PAYMENT OF WCT WHETHER DEDUCTEE OR DEALER AS HARYANA VAT ACT

Here, Deductee is liable to pay interest on delayed payments. If the Dealer has charged correct rate of tax then it is fine other dealer also has to pay interest if the dept insists.
