Please guide me on below query.

Is it possible to withdraw PF after 1 year of completion of services within the same company? ( or without changing present organization)

PF amount withdrawn before you have rendered 5 years continuous services in the Co is taxable in your hands.

One can take a loan against PF ONLY after 5/7 years of service depending on your requirement.

So,I'd suggest that you look at other options for your money requirement
