Withdrawal of exemption u/s 54ec

27 June 2012 Hi,

In the previous year i deposited my capital gain and enjoyed the exemption under section 54EC, but due to emergency(Need of Finance) am withdrawing the amount which leads to withdrawal of exemption u/s 54EC.

So can any one tell me the procedure for withdrawing the exemption, i mean whether i need to submit any respective "FORM" to the AO ...?

Kindly help me out
