dear sir,
our company is proprietor concern we are paying service tax but for the period apr"14 to sep '14 we have paid only for upto august14 september we have not paid st.
it is possible to file e-filling on 25oct"14
pl give the rules and suggestions

Due date of filing ST 3 for April-September 2014 has been extended from 25th October 2014 to 14th November 2014. So pay service tax and then file return.
